A house
you actually
planned.
Custom new construction in Loudoun, Howard and Fauquier — twelve floor plans, one named project manager, daily build-tracker photos. We finish on the date in the contract.
The library · twelve plans
Twelve good plans.
Not a hundred mediocre ones.
Each plan has been drawn, built at least three times, walked, and refined. We will customize within reason — moving a wall, shifting a window, swapping the kitchen layout — at no additional design fee.
The Hampton
The build · four steps
Plan. Permit.
Build. Keys.
Nine months from contract to keys is typical. We give you a week-by-week timeline at the signing — and we update it on Mondays.
Plan
Pick from 12 base plans or start custom. Sit-down with the architect within two weeks. We mark up your plan, you mark up ours.
Permit
We carry the permit. You get a written timeline at the contract signing — not a verbal one. County review accounted for.
Build
One named project manager. Daily progress photos in your portal. Weekly walks on-site. Subcontractor schedule visible to you.
Keys
12-month workmanship + systems warranty. Punch list closed before final payment. We mean before.
The standard
Six things
we don't itemize.
Other builders quote you a base, then tack on. We start from a house that already has these. If you want to spec up, we do that. We will not spec you down.

One PM · One number
Meet your
project manager.
Will builds four houses a year — never more, never less. He answers your call, walks the site Tuesdays and Fridays, and writes you a Saturday email with the week's progress and the next week's schedule. He is the only number you need.
He has worked with the same six framers, the same two electricians, and one and only one HVAC crew for the last seven years. That is by design.
A sample bid · The Hampton
The whole
number, up front.
We publish a sample bid for every plan. Site conditions move it. Spec selections move it. But we will not start the build until the number is on paper and the change-order process is on paper.
