There is no class schedule, no front desk, no gym floor. Just six coaches, six private suites, and one client per coach per hour. We invest in the intake — 90 minutes of movement screening and goals — so the programming actually fits the person sitting across from us.
Match
A short intake gets read by Jordan. You receive two coach suggestions within a business day.

90-minute intake: FMS movement screen, baseline strength, conditioning, written goal plan.
02Program
Custom 12-week program. Reviewed and re-written quarterly based on retest data.
03Retest
Quarterly retest of every metric. Filmed, reviewed with you, plan adjusted on the spot.
