The trusses are original. The brick is original. The kitchen is brand-new and built for caterers, not the venue. There is a 200-foot bar built into the wall and the lighting is on dimmers, not switches. The rest is up to you.

We do not take a cut from caterers, florists, or bands. We do not require house alcohol. The kitchen is laid out the way caterers asked us to lay it out. Twelve we've worked with three+ times:
