The studio

A quiet studio for a serious practice.

We do not have a heated room. We do not have a music playlist. We do not project your heart rate on the wall. We have wood floors, twenty-eight classes a week, and teachers who have practiced longer than most of our students have been alive.

Naomi Adler

Naomi opened Still Point in 2013 after twenty years teaching at studios in Boston and Pune. She leads the morning vinyasa, the 200-hour teacher training, and Saturday workshops.

Sam Beale

Sam came to yoga through physical therapy. The restorative and yin classes are his — gentle, slow, and engineered for the bodies of long-time practitioners and people in recovery.
